Whole wheat flour - 4 cup All purpose flour or Maida flour - 2 cup Shredded carrot - 1 cup Cooked potatoes - 1 cup Onion - 1 Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp) Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp) Curry leaves (optional) - 5 Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
How to Make Vegetable Chapathi:
Cut onion, coriander leaves, curry leaves into fine pieces. Mash the cooked potatoes. In a bowl mix all the ingredients except oil for cooking to make a dough. Now make small 2 inch balls and flatten them. Heat a skillet add oil as needed. Now cook the flatten dough until it is cooked both side and serve.
